2020 Centennial Cabernet
2020 Centennial Cabernet Sauvignon
A quiet power that lingers long after the last sip.
This is the kind of wine that doesn’t need to raise its voice—it draws you in. Like walking through the vineyard at dusk, when the air is warm and still, the 2020 Centennial reveals itself slowly, layer by layer. Dark fruits—black cherry, blackberry, and currant—unfold alongside soft violet florals and a whisper of sandalwood. As it opens, warm baking spices and earthy notes emerge, grounding the wine in a sense of place and time.
On the palate, it is rich yet beautifully balanced. Silky tannins glide effortlessly, carrying deep black fruit, hints of chocolate, and a touch of black licorice. The finish is long and graceful, leaving behind an impression that is both powerful and refined.
Perfect Pairings: Grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, or rosemary-crusted lamb. Also pairs beautifully with mushroom risotto, truffle dishes, or aged cheeses.
Vintage Notes: 2020 was a dynamic year with largely ideal growing conditions. Adequate winter rainfall, a warm spring, and steady summer heat supported strong fruit development. Late August heat spikes and nearby fires tested the season, but smoke exposure remained minimal. The result: balanced yields and exceptional fruit quality.
