WINE-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or receive alcoholic beverages from McGrail Vineyards and Winery. Adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. Wine is sold for personal consumption only and may not be resold.
Payment Methods
Online orders must be paid by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Shipping Eligibility
Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship wine to the following states at this time:
AL, AR, DE, KY, MS, OK, UT, VT
Shipping eligibility is subject to change based on applicable laws.
Shipping Methods & Costs
UPS Ground is our primary carrier. Shipping fees are calculated at current market rates. Expedited shipping options (2-Day, 3-Day, Overnight) are available at the customer’s expense and are not discounted based on wine club status.
Weather Conditions & Risk of Loss
Wine is sensitive to temperature extremes. Customers are encouraged to consider weather conditions when selecting shipping dates. Once wine is tendered to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser. McGrail Vineyards and Winery is not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather conditions.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Wine Returns
Due to federal and state alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages except in cases of damaged or flawed wine. Please contact info@mcgrailvineyards.com promptly if you receive a damaged or defective bottle.
During periods of extreme weather, we may delay shipment or recommend alternate shipping arrangements. If you elect to ship during extreme conditions, McGrail Vineyards and Winery is not liable for resulting damage.
Merchandise Returns
Non-wine merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in resalable condition. Approved returns may receive a refund or account credit at our discretion. Items damaged beyond the buyer’s control may be eligible for exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Cash refunds are not available for credit card purchases.
