Our 2023 Peyton Paige Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and fragrant, while also complex with deep texture and great intensity of flavor. As you first take in the aromas, notes of lime zest, meyer lemon, sweet jasmine, nectarine, white peach, and passionfruit are present. The palate opens with similar stone fruit notes including apricot and peach, along with citrus, melon, honeysuckle, and botanical florals. This gorgeous Sauvignon Blanc has the perfect balance between acid and fruit, with a hint of creaminess that warms it up just a bit. Complex, bright, and lively this wine is perfect on a sunny day or paired with a wide assortment of food. Enjoy with a champagne vinaigrette over a fennel and arugula salad with candied orange peel or a lemon chicken risotto dish.

90% of the 2023 Peyton Paige Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel; 10% barrel fermented in experienced oak. This wine was bottled on December 12, 2023.
