Our Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Petite Verdot, and Cabernet Franc is always one of our most food friendly bold red wines we produce.  Shamus Patrick has a dark purple hue and to match the color the aromas pull purple fruit notes such as plum, black spiced cherry, and boysenberry.  Rose petal, sandalwood, and mulled wine spices are all evident if you have the patience to allow this complex wine to open up.  Each sip changes, different flavors all cordially mixing in your mouth.  Great acidity and a clean finish allow the smooth tannins to linger and allow for cocoa notes as your sip comes to an end.
