2020 Cabernet Franc is our inaugural vintage of this very special varietal. The fragrance of blackberries, cassis, sweet violets and sweet peas only add to the enchanting bouquet of this beautiful wine. ? The scents of this Cabernet Franc only become richer and more nuanced with time. Delve deeper and you will also detect the heady aroma of vanilla and cinnamon. This is further complemented by nutmeg and prominent black pepper notes, culminating in a delicate thyme and black tea essence. Upon the palate, the flavors of black cherry and milk chocolate covered cherries offer a powerful initial taste. But this wine also boasts a good acidity, with soft tannins that provide a supple texture. The long finish is driven by black fruits, black pepper and acidity.
