Shamus Patrick is our Bordeaux style red blend produced by the 5 varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Verdot, Malbec, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc all from our Lucky 8 Vineyard. The gorgeous deep red color is alluring as you can smell a myriad of aromas including red roses, blueberries, baked blackberry, lavender, herbs de Provence, Italian spices including sage, oregano, and rosemary, black pepper, hints of vanilla and deep roasted coffee.  This wine changes every few minutes and has something for everyone.  Great acidity and a long fruit finish. Pair this with fettuccine pasta with beef and mushroom ragout or roasted portobello mushrooms.
