Our Small Lot Cabernet Sauvignon from our Estate Vineyard is always a favorite. A Jo Elet, Hungarian for the Good Life, is aged in 100 percent new Hungarian Oak. The wine is aged for 32 months in this new oak, so you will note several aromas and flavors imparted from the oak. Baking spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and toasty coconut are a few that stand out. This Cabernet is bold and age worthy and pairs great with a Filet.
