· Your reservation includes a private table outside (with shade!) 
· Our team will socially distance and wear masks
· Each table will be disinfected between uses and common spaces disinfected every half hour
· All tasting menus are single-use
· Checkout is touchless, we’ll collect your credit card information ahead of your visit

Guest Policies
what we ask of you during your visit

· Reservations are required for a visit; please arrive promptly at your designated time
· Group size (including non-tasters) is limited to six people. We do not accommodate split groups.
· All guests must be over 21 years old
· Masks are required for when you’re not seated at your table (you will need them upon entry to our building, bathroom visits etc.)
· Please maintain 6ft between all other groups

Return Policy for Wine

Wine products are not refundable unless the wine is damaged.  If you have a corked bottle, please let us know as soon as possible and we will replace the bottle of wine in the tasting room.  All wine orders require a signature of an adult over 21 years of age.

 

Return Policy for Events

Once paid, registration fees for events are non-refundable. If a registrant desires to reschedule his or her attendance to another event and it is 5 days prior to the event, we will honor that.

Sale or transfer of event tickets is permitted, but the new “owner” of the ticket must be given to the venue “McGrail Vineyards” prior to the event start in writing.

If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund on your ticket price.

Return Policy for Gift Shop Items

McGrail will accept for exchange items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the consumer.  For a full refund or exchange, the items must be returned within 14 days of original receipt.
