Step into the heart of McGrail’s winemaking story with a special evening in our Barrel Room, celebrating the wine that started it all – our Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve. Your experience begins with a guided vertical tasting led by Joy Jackman, who will share the rich history of McGrail Vineyards, insights into each vintage, and the craftsmanship behind our flagship wine. It’s the perfect blend of wine education, storytelling, and discovery for both devoted Cabernet fans and curious wine lovers.
Following the tasting, ease into a laid-back evening of enjoyment. Savor your favorite pours by the glass or bottle – including select library wines – while live music sets the mood. A local food truck will be on-site with delicious bites available for purchase to round out the experience.
Gather your loved ones and friends for an unforgettable night of learning, sipping, and celebrating McGrail’s most iconic wine in the warm, intimate ambiance of our Barrel Room.

The most exciting and creative music being made today crosses stylistic boundaries and blends diverse traditions to create engaging new sounds. Charged Particles features three of the country’s virtuosos doing just that in the acoustic and electric jazz arena. Murray Low is a keyboard wizard with dazzling Latin-jazz technique and imaginative improvisational skills. Aaron Germain is an inventive and sophisticated acoustic and electric bassist. Along with fiery drummer Jon Krosnick, these players are making some of the most electrifying jazz in the country today.

Something extraordinary is coming to Livermore Valley. Terroir at the Table is a first-of-its-kind culinary celebration bringing together the region’s most talented female chefs and winemakers for an intimate 8-course tasting experience.
Each course is thoughtfully crafted by a celebrated local chef and paired with wines from female-led wineries, offering guests exceptional food, remarkable wines, and meaningful connection. The evening includes the opportunity to meet the chefs and winemakers, connect with fellow food and wine lovers, and witness the inaugural Woman of the Year Award, honoring a local woman whose contributions make Livermore Valley a better place—making this more than a dinner, but a celebration of the women shaping our community, one plate and one glass at a time.
