The 2015 James Vincent was bottled on May 16th, 2018, and then bottle aged for 6 months before being released. Year after year, the James Vincent continues to be one of our favorite wines with great, jammy fruit on the front and big, chewy tannins on the finish. This wine has grace and balance, but is bold enough to stand up to any steak dinner. The initial aromas are dark fruit, cassis, baking spice, and a touch of vanilla. As you taste this luscious wine, the toasty coffee and caramel notes shine through and the wine hits all parts of your palate. The smooth, well-rounded tannins seem to linger forever and one sip is never enough.
