Our 2023 Grenache Blanc is a refreshing white wine that captures the essence of spring and summer and is Livermore Valley’s only estate-grown Grenache Blanc. Fermented in stainless steel, it boasts a bouquet of tropical notes including pineapple, lychee, and white peach, complemented by delicate hints of gardenia and vanilla. This wine offers hints of crisp green apple, succulent pear, tropical mango, and refreshing pineapple, culminating in a subtle hint of white pepper on the finish.  On the palate, this wine is smooth and creamy, with a burst of fresh fruit flavors balanced by great acidity. Its versatility shines through, making it an ideal companion for a variety of dishes. Pair it with a hearty potato leek soup, the umami richness of sushi, the vibrant flavors of a spicy salmon roll, or even the sweet indulgence of sourdough cinnamon rolls.
