2021 Malbec from Lucky 8 Vineyard is a real treat for the senses.  On the nose, the Malbec has a strong blueberry aroma that only intensifies with every swirl. An array of vibrant aromas tantalize the senses, from succulent black cherry and blackberries to rose petals and star jasmine. Spicy notes, such as baking spice, cinnamon stick and pepper, are blended with smooth, creamy milk chocolate. The tart red fruit flavors were dominant and had a refreshing quality to them, making it an ideal summertime red wine.  This wine has nice acidity and a long finish making it a delicious wine to pair with a variety of foods.  Enjoy this wine with aged cheddar, pork ribs in a teriyaki BBQ sauce, or porcini rubbed steak.
