Our favorite new French Oak Barrels produce our James Vincent Cabernet each vintage. This bold Cabernet is complex and elegant all in one. The estate fruit shines through with dark cherry, cassis, violet and blackberry. The secondary notes of toasted oak, coconuts, and tobacco leaf elevate the fruit in this powerhouse Cabernet. Full bodied with velvet tannins that linger and leave you wanting more. You can pair this wine with a Filet Mignon, Risotto with Bacon, Slow Cooked Ribs or a NY strip steak.
