Your nose will immediately grasp spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice along with red tart fruits including cherry and cranberry. As this wine meets your palette, you will get a wonderful blend of sweet black cherry, cocoa, blackberry and a hint of mint. This vintage of Coltons Cab has solid acidity mixed with bold dry tannins that can stand up to a big hearty meat dish or aged cheese.
