Our 2019 A Jó Élet, “The Good Life,” is a perfect Cabernet during these winter months with it’s great depth, bold flavors, and rich structure. The essence of this Cabernet is Classic offering aromas of ripe and bold black cherry, cassis, blackberry compote spiced with nutmeg, clove, and cinnamon. The fruit is balanced between dark berries and vanilla, all with a baked pie and winter spice element. Dried mushroom, fennel, black pepper, and toasted oak aromas continue to complement the palate through the finish, which is exceptionally lengthy. This wine lingers with mouth-coating and luscious tannins. Pair this wine with a garlic rosemary pot roast, Jamaican jerk ribs, or ginger snap cookies.
