Library: 2018 James Vincent
The 2018 James Vincent was barrel-aged for 35 months and then bottle-aged for 3 months before being released. We choose six of our favorite new French oak barrels from Eclat, Gamba, and Baron. This elegant beauty opens with cassis, plum, clove, sweet coconut, and cherry. As the wine lingers, you will taste notes of baking spices including clove and nutmeg as well as dark chocolate and toasted blackberry pie. Year after year, the James Vincent continues to be one of our favorite wines! Pair this wine with a delicious grilled Tomahawk steak with herbed cherry tomatoes over polenta, smoked cheddar cheese, or wood-fired Pizza with red sauce, prosciutto, mushrooms, and herbs.
